I have used Negar for several transactions - each and every one has been a very positive experience. Negar is proactive, very professional, knowledgeable and a great listener. She takes her time to understand what her clients want. She was always ready to help me at any time during and after transactions . What stands out the most with Negar as my Estate Agent is, her honesty. 

My expectations from a real estate agent were so high when we started our house hunting process. I expect someone to be extremely honest, communicative, and proactive on the properties I was interested in. Negar not only had all of the factors I expected, but also she was even beyond my expectations. She helped us buy our dream property in Oakville, ON. She was extremely knowledgeable about the properties, neighborhoods, and the details of the properties of interest. During the showings she provided us with invaluable insights about the detail in the property. She was also very patient with us for finding our dream house. During the offer drafting process, she was very careful with all of the clauses you need in the offer to make sure you have all the rights for a smooth closing. During the negotiation process, she had a very good strategy to land on the fair market value for making an offer to a listing. Overall, I don't think I could have expected a better realtor agent than Negar. Will definitely recommend her for any real estate transaction, I will certainly and gladly work with her again for any future projects. Thank you Negar!

Anytime we wanted to see a house, Negar moved fast, in hot and cold weather, as houses were flying off the market.
